Grimsby born, Barry has worked locally recently but has enjoyed managerial stints in Manchester, Nottingham and Cambridge to name a few.

Scott Underwood
Director
Scott started working in the hospitality industry at a very young age, waiting tables and washing pots in his parent’s hotel on Skegness seafront.

By the time he was 18 he also had Reception, Bar and Kitchen experience behind him.
Scott joined the Oaklands Hall hotel fresh out of University in June 2013 mainly working Reception and Accounts. Over the next few years, Scott worked his way through the ranks of the hotel to a position of Director.
Ben Leeming
Banqueting Manager
Ben began his career with us and has gained his experience by working in various roles within the restaurant and banqueting events.

Ben left us for a while to gain experience from some other great hotels in North East Lincolnshire. Since he re-joined The Team, he has gained a reputation as one of the best Master of Ceremonies in the area.
During his time off work Ben enjoys spending time with his children.
